Pinnacle Real Estate was contracted to project manage the design and renovation of the 84 guestroom Salish Lodge & Spa. Pinnacle Real Estate created a renovation plan and budget, selected the project consultants and managed the construction schedule while the hotel was still in operation. Pinnacle Real Estate oversaw all aspects of design and construction of the model room and the remaining 83 guestrooms. The project management services included permitting, purchasing, FF&E installation, project schedule and budget.
