Pinnacle Real Estate was hired to oversee the redevelopment of the Hood Canal Marina located one mile west of Alderbrook Resort & Spa. This project included the permitting and construction of a 40-slip marina and new fuel dock, and is currently permitting the redevelopment of a 12,000 square foot waterfront marina building. The Hood Canal Marina reopened in May 2008 offering moorage, marine fuel and off-site boat storage. Pinnacle Real Estate was retained as the owner’s Asset Manager for the marina.
