This project required an extensive development study for the owners of the Bank of California building in downtown Seattle. Two scenarios were explored which included a feasibility analysis of a second office tower as well as a hotel tower. The building name has since been changed to 901 Fifth Avenue following the sale by Beacon Capital Partners in 2007.
