Pinnacle Real Estate LLC represented an investor in the purchase and redevelopment of this historic waterfront resort facility, which closed in December 2001 and is now known as Alderbrook Resort & Spa. As the owner’s fee developer, Pinnacle Real Estate developed the renovation plan and budget, selected the project contractors and consultants, and managed an aggressive construction schedule with completion of the renovation and the reopening of the 93-room, Alderbrook Resort & Spa, in June 2004. In conjunction with the resort redevelopment, this project also required extensive coordination with the Washington State Department of Transportation and local private property owners to relocate a one-half mile section of a state highway around the resort. Pinnacle Real Estate has maintained an active role overseeing the management of the resort.
