Due to the complexity of replacing the existing floating dock and addressing the storm water outfalls that discharged at the bulkhead, Pinnacle assembled a team to design, permit and construct a new dock and storm water discharge system. The intricate nature of intertidal permitting led Pinnacle to manage the permitting process for three years until it was approved by the county, state and federal agencies. Pinnacle also managed the construction of the new dock and the storm water outfalls.
